Elevate your career as a Program Development Officer with Skilled

In this permanent full-time position, the Program Development Officer will partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain program standards that align with national requirements. You will facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders while building relationships with trades industry experts and instructors across the province.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain program standards and assessment tools
• Facilitate consensus among subject matter experts
• Collaborate with various departments for new implementation
• Present findings to committees and partners
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree required; trade certification asset
• 5 years' industry experience with stakeholders
• Experience in developing performance standards and assessments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical writing and meeting facilitation experience
