Make a difference as an Early Childhood Educator at Developmental Disabilities Association in Richmond, BC. This full-time role presents a chance to develop inclusive, enriching programs for children aged 3 to 5.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be part of our mission to support children with and without disabilities through quality education. You will need a valid ECE certification and at least one year of practical experience in early childhood settings. Your work will focus on facilitating positive interactions and providing opportunities for all children to thrive in a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging educational programs for multi-age groups

• Work with families to address children's developmental needs

• Encourage cooperation among children with diverse abilities

• Maintain safety and health standards in the childcare setting

• Pursue ongoing professional training opportunities

Requirements:

• BC Early Childhood Education Certification required

• At least 1 year working with preschool children

• Valid First Aid/CPR and Criminal Record Clearance

• Exceptional English communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency for administrative tasks
