On-Call Faculty, Aviation Operations BCIT

Share your aviation expertise at BCIT as an On-Call Faculty member in Aviation Operations Programs. This role invites you to engage students through teaching and curriculum development at our Aerospace Technology Campus.
BCIT seeks temporary faculty with experience in aviation management or operations for its Aviation Operations team. You will have the opportunity to teach across multiple diploma programs related to airline, flight operations, and airport management. Engagement spans online and in-person delivery, fostering leadership and teamwork skills in learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in Aviation Management and Operations

• Prepare curriculum for both online and in-person courses

• Evaluate student assignments and provide feedback

• Collaborate with faculty and Department Heads

• Maintain and enhance program-related materials
Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum five years in aviation management or operations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with educational technologies

• Aircraft simulator experience preferred
