Position: BCIT Aviation Faculty Positions
Join BCIT’s dynamic aviation education team! We're looking for temporary faculty members to teach in our Aviation Operations Programs at the Aerospace Technology Campus in Richmond.
The School of Transportation at BCIT invites applications for temporary faculty roles focused on Airline and Flight Operations, Airport Operations, and aviation safety. In this role, you'll be responsible for online and in-person education, managing assessments, and supporting instructional collaboration. Your expertise will directly contribute to the enhancement and delivery of our aviation programs which serve aspiring aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct teaching sessions in aviation operations

• Evaluate and mark student work on assessments

• Maintain and develop course content effectively

• Support administrative aspects of program delivery

• Collaborate with faculty and department leaders
Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Adult Education or Aviation

• At least five years of aviation management experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Competence in education technologies and simulators

• Proven collaborative skills among faculty members
