This Program Development Officer role involves engaging with subject matter experts to develop industry-adapted standards that align with Skilled
TradesBC policies. You'll facilitate workshops, manage projects, and cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders while focusing on the successful integration of updated standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with experts to create and refine assessment tools
• Organize workshops and internal meetings effectively
• Build consensus among diverse industry leaders
• Present insights to advisory committees
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder involvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree and/or trade certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience
• Expertise in performance standards development
• Proficient in technical writing and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
