In this managerial role, you will create and lead training programs that fortify restaurant operations across Canadian locations. You’ll collaborate with franchisees and staff to implement best practices in learning and development. Your work will continually refine and adapt programs based on learner insights and operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create instructional materials for diverse learning formats
• Oversee learning management system administration
• Lead cross-functional training projects effectively
• Assess program impact and suggest improvements
• Address learning and development inquiries with accuracy
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in training
• Degree or diploma in Learning & Development preferred
• Experience with creative tools and content creation
• Familiar with system-based workflows and LMS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
