In this role, your primary focus will be to empower employees through practical resources and constructive feedback. You will deliver training as outlined by the SVI curriculum while supporting staff in their daily responsibilities. Interpersonal awareness and emotional intelligence will be crucial to your teaching approach, fostering a positive environment for both care providers and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training based on SVI curriculum guidelines
• Support staff performance in their daily duties
• Facilitate coaching sessions for on-site guidance
• Create monthly progress reports and updates
• Teach essential employment skills to diverse learners
Requirements:
• Education degree with a valid Teaching Certificate
• At least 5 years of teaching or mentoring experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Familiarity with job search strategies and résumés
• Strong communication and organizational skills
