Position: Richmond Learning Support Teacher Role
Enhance student learning as a Learning Support Teacher based in Richmond, BC. Guide the Student Support Services Program while collaborating with educational teams and external partners.

You'll take a proactive role in overseeing the educational needs of students registered with the Learning Resource Center. With a focus on delivering individualized support, the role involves direct interaction with students and close collaboration with classroom teachers. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining records and ensuring adherence to Ministry of Education guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the supervision of the Student Support Services Program

• Work alongside classroom teachers to support students

• Implement targeted interventions for students with SLN

• Manage documentation and compliance with ministry requirements

• Provide referrals and support for additional educational technology

Requirements:

• BC Teaching Certificate required

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Experience in working with diverse learning needs

• Organizational skills for proper documentation

• Ability to meet deadlines for ministry reporting
