Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job observations and interviews for knowledge discovery
• Develop practical learning materials and standard operating procedures
• Create role-based training matrices and pathways
• Measure learner understanding and support onboarding
• Promote a continuous learning culture across teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Trainer/Training Specialist
• Formal education in adult learning or instructional design
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
