This permanent position requires a dedicated professional with a college program in early childhood education or a related bachelor's degree. You will plan engaging learning activities, supervise other staff, and maintain an enriching atmosphere for children aged 30 months to school age. Effective communication with parents about their child's development is essential, along with leading staff meetings to discuss progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging learning activities

• Maintain a friendly, caring, and safe environment

• Lead storytime and recreational activities

• Guide children in personal care and potty training

• Communicate observations and reports to parents

Requirements:

• Completion of early childhood education program

• BC Early Childhood Education Certificate

• 2+ years of experience as an ECE

• Clear medical and vulnerable sector check

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
