Residing in or near Richmond is essential for this role, which offers part-time hours on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification, as well as K-12 teaching experience, will guide students using proven Oxford Learning strategies while managing groups of up to three students simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct English and Math to high school students

• Complete post-lesson notes for student learning synchronization

• Conduct daily communication updates to track student progress

• Enable a constructive and engaging learning environment

• Adhere to the Oxford Learning teaching philosophies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant field

• Teaching or tutoring experience at K-12 level

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Vulnerable sector screening required

• Commitment to part-time availability, evenings, and Saturdays
