Responsibilities:
1. Training Operations & Delivery
  • Independently coordinate end to end training for different product/functional categories (e.g., technical, culture, soft skills) in North America and other region, handling moderately complex scheduling conflicts and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary on site contact to ensure smooth session execution, managing unexpected issues (e.g., equipment failure, trainer changes).
  • Manage the full cycle: pre training notifications, in class facilitation, and post training documentation.
2. Training Delivery
  • Independently deliver at least 2 standardized foundational courses (e.g., corporate culture, company policies, new employee orientation).
  • Achieve a minimum of 20 teaching hours per year.
  • Submit a Training Debrief Report within 48 hours after each session, including participant feedback, classroom dynamics, and improvement suggestions.
3. Training Administration & Compliance
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of training records for assigned courses, with updates completed within 24 hours.
  • Proactively optimize the filing logic for assigned categories, establishing standardized naming and archiving templates.
4. External Resource Management
  • Independently evaluate vendor courses across multiple dimensions (content, trainer expertise, cost, participant reviews) and produce written Vendor Assessment Reports.
  • Follow through the entire procurement and approval process, ensuring full compliance.
5. Project Execution
  • Lead moderate complexity projects (e.g., culture promotion campaigns, internal trainer recruitment roadshows) – develop project plans and drive milestone achievement (on time rate ≥90%).
  • Provide regular (bi weekly) project status updates to supervisor, highlighting risks and mitigation actions.
6. Initiative & Self Development
  • Implement at least 1 documented workflow improvement per quarter (e.g., digital check in, email template standardization).
  • Collect and analyze feedback from at least 5 training sessions per quarter to drive personal teaching and operational improvements.
Educational and Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training coordination/operations; prior internal teaching experience is a plus.
  • Have trainer related certification
  • Familiar with full training operations cycle; basic understanding of instructional principles and adult learning.
  • English at B2 level (independent user) – fluent reading/writing; capable of handling English training materials.
