Richmond Christian School is seeking a collaborative Educational Assistant on a fixed-term contract until June 30, 2027. As an EA, you will enhance learning for students in small groups and one-on-one settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students under classroom teacher’s direction

• Assist both class-wide and in small group settings

• Provide emotional and social support to students

• Communicate effectively with classroom teachers

• Collaborate with diverse learners and adapt as needed

Requirements:

• Certification from an accredited Educational Assistant Program

• Experience with exceptional and unique learners

• Clear evidence of sincere Christian faith

• Commitment to Richmond Christian School standards
