Drive renewable energy initiatives as a Site Lead at Nordex's MUII Wind Farm-Escuminac. This role involves overseeing turbine operations, ensuring safety compliance, and training technicians for successful project execution.
As a Site Lead, you will supervise installation and maintenance of wind turbines while leading safety analyses. Your leadership ensures adherence to safety and efficiency standards, making a direct impact in delivering clean energy. You will engage with both electrical and mechanical systems, guiding your team effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Train technicians in turbine assembly and maintenance
- Conduct safety analyses of mechanical and electrical systems
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of turbine components
- Monitor tool inventory and maintain necessary records
- Associate degree or 4+ years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a related field
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical testing tools
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Experience with SAP/J.D. Edwards is a bonus
