Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visual site assessments for various properties
• Prepare and write comprehensive technical reports
• Develop depreciation reports based on assessments
• Work closely with clients and contractors daily
• Support business development efforts for new projects
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Architectural Technology
• Understanding of Canadian building systems is essential
• Experience in performing baseline property assessments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle needed
