Richmond Civil-Structural Engineering Intern

As part of the Engineering Services team, you will work under a registered Professional Engineer, assisting with design evaluations, creating documentation, and transitioning designs into a PLM database. Candidates should have a passion for engineering and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze structural drawings to identify parts

• Collaborate on transitioning designs into PLM

• Perform calculations for material standard substitutions

• Mark drawings and assist with part setups

• Occasionally create drawings and other related documentation

Requirements:

• Enrollment or completion of Civil Engineering education

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Solid Works

• Knowledge of ASME drawing standards is advantageous

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
