Focused on advanced circuit techniques, you will work with Cadence, ADS, and HFSS to create and evaluate designs with the support of passionate teams. Candidates should have a proven track record of performance in RFIC design, ideally with 3-5 years of relevant experience in mm-wave technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute IC simulations and design processes
• Create detailed schematic and layout methodologies
• Collaborate effectively with design teams for innovative solutions
• Conduct thorough IC testing to meet performance needs
• Apply knowledge of phased array transceiver architecture
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of RFIC design experience preferred
• Skilled in mm-wave IC test instruments
• Proficient in EM simulation and analog circuit design software
• Familiar with digital VLSI systems and mixed-mode circuits
• Electrical Engineering background with relevant coursework
