Affinity is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer responsible for leading voice system administration and support across various contact centers. This role emphasizes a deep understanding of CCaaS solutions like Five9, AI-driven call systems, and voice infrastructure management. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring system integration, monitoring, and optimization of voice technologies while providing technical guidance for project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Five9 Cloud CCaaS solutions
• Oversee integration of voice systems with infrastructure
• Provide onsite monitoring and hands-on support
• Administer voice resources, including DID management
• Design and optimize IVR systems and call flows
Requirements:
• Proven expertise as a Senior Voice Engineer
• Extensive experience with Five9 or similar platforms
• Strong skills in voice system architecture and integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS Voice and ACS
• Experience managing lifecycle of voice solutions
