Internship in Mechanical Engineering BC

Join White Water as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in Richmond, BC, and immerse yourself in innovative engineering solutions for water recreation products.

This internship at White Water West commences in September and may be extended. You'll support the Engineering team, working closely with a Professional Engineer. Key tasks include creating design documentation, assisting with CAD model development, and driving Continuous Improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert existing designs into PLM for water safety products

• Analyze material standards and make recommendations

• Identify parts in existing drawings needing PLM setup

• Maintain current protocols for file storage and creation

• Generate CAD models and fabrication drawings

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed education in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Solid Works competency; CSWA certification preferred

• Familiarity with ASME drawing standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada
