On-Site Production Lab Engineer Position

Join our production team as a Production Lab Engineer, specializing in the transfer of products from concept to manufacturing. You'll work on-site to resolve technical issues and improve production accuracy.
Seeking a detail-oriented Production Lab Engineer who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, with a preference for three years of high frequency/RF testing experience. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting components and implementing engineering changes during production. This role demands a proactive approach to improve product efficiency and reduces costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the transition of new products to manufacturing

• Review production processes for enhanced efficiency

• Complete inspections of first article components

• Initiate and manage engineering change orders

• Collaborate with technicians on troubleshooting
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology

• Minimum 3 years of high frequency/RF testing experience

• Familiarity with production systems and MRP

• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation and procedures

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
