Manufacturing Support Engineer

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

In this role, you will provide hands‑on engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production of RF products and rapid resolution of technical challenges.

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to production lines
• Assist with scaling new product designs into manufacturing environments
• Review and maintain production documentation to ensure accuracy
• Complete first article inspections and validate component quality
• Collaborate with Engineering to process ECOs and design revisions
• Troubleshoot failures involving electrical components and assemblies
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and efficiency

• Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems (preferred)
• Exposure to:
  • MRP systems and ECO processes
  • ISO-compliant manufacturing environments
  • Electrical assemblies and documentation
  • ESD-safe practices
• Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
