RF Manufacturing Technical Support Engineer

Become an RF Manufacturing Technical Support Engineer to deliver critical engineering support. Play a key role in ensuring quality and operational efficiency in production.
This position demands hands-on involvement in resolving technical challenges faced by production lines. You will aid in the scaling of new product designs and ensure ongoing accuracy in production documentation. As part of your responsibilities, you'll validate component quality through inspections and collaborate closely with engineering teams on revisions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to production lines daily

• Assist with the scaling of new product designs

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of production documentation

• Complete first article inspections on components

• Work with engineering on process and design revisions
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent

• Familiarity with RF testing and high-frequency systems

• Exposure to MRP systems and ECO processes

• Experience in ISO-compliant environments

• Knowledge of lean methodologies is a plus
