With 5+ years of building envelope experience, you will undertake critical assessments and enhance client services through high-quality project delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough building envelope assessments and investigations

• Develop and present technical reports and rehabilitation plans

• Participate in restoration project design and monitoring

• Drive project management tasks, including scheduling

• Foster positive relationships with clients and project teams
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Building Envelope or related Engineering

• At least 5 years in relevant consulting experience

• Knowledge of construction documentation and standards

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Must have a valid driver’s license for travel
