In this role, you will provide exceptional phone-based support, handling escalations and performing RMA inspections. Collaborating with the R&D team, you will assist in product testing, assembly, and validation efforts, ensuring product quality. You will also contribute to documentation and training for internal teams.

• Conduct thorough mechanical and electrical testing

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong organizational skills for testing and documentation
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams
