Pinchin is searching for an experienced Building Envelope leader to elevate its Building Science team in British Columbia. This senior role emphasizes technical leadership, client growth, and the management of building envelope projects from assessment through rehabilitation. You will foster relationships, develop your team, and oversee quality standards in consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Building Envelope team with recruitment and mentorship

• Develop client relationships to drive business growth in British Columbia

• Oversee building envelope assessment and rehabilitation projects

• Manage budgets, scopes, and project timelines for successful delivery

• Conduct technical reviews and maintain QA/QC protocols
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline

• 10+ years of building envelope consulting experience

• Proven leadership in project management and team mentorship

• Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the region
