This role is crucial for maximizing plant reliability while minimizing operational costs. You will oversee the development of maintenance plans and directly manage maintenance tasks, working closely with multiple teams to ensure high-quality execution. Utilize your technical skills to advance equipment maintenance methodologies and promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities and shutdowns
• Assess spare part requirements and propose stock levels
• Direct corrective actions for instrumentation systems
• Guide maintenance team trainings and performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or Certified Tradesman
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Comprehensive understanding of safety practices and SAP systems
• Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
• Commitment to safety standards and PPE compliance
