Senior Curtain Wall Estimator

In this full-time Senior Estimator role, you'll analyze drawings, perform detailed quantity take-offs, and manage supplier pricing for windows and curtain wall manufacturing. Your leadership experience will guide junior estimators and ensure accurate project estimation through close collaboration with project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ packages, drawings, and specifications

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for aluminum materials

• Compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

• Prepare pricing for labor and logistics

• Conduct risk assessments prior to quotes
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field

• 7–10 years of estimating experience in facade

• Proficiency in Revit and advanced Excel

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proven leadership and mentoring ability
