Mechanical Engineer in Semiconductor Solutions

In this role, you will lead the mechanical engineering efforts in designing and testing optical sensors while working within the Advanced Development group. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability of complex systems, applying your expertise in thermal simulations and FEA to push product boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document advanced mechanical sensor designs
• Perform thermal simulations and conduct feasibility studies
• Lead efforts to correlate optical and thermal performance
• Ensure product reliability through FMEA analysis
• Interact with suppliers to source necessary components
Requirements:
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
• High competency in Solid Works for design documentation
• Experience in statistics and data analysis software
• Familiarity with optical systems is a plus
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
