Saltworks Technologies is hiring an Operations Engineer for its new lithium demonstration plant in Stoughton, Saskatchewan. This on-site role offers hands-on experience in advanced technologies.
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the launch of a revolutionary lithium extraction system, working closely with a dedicated technical team. Your focus will include system operation, process optimization, and troubleshooting during a critical developmental phase. This position offers mentorship from experienced professionals in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commission and manage lithium extraction systems effectively
• Promote safety in workplace practices
• Analyze process data and perform wet-lab tests
• Learn about water treatment and lithium refining
• Offer input on equipment and process improvements
Requirements:
• Engineering degree with 2–3 years' experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Quick learner with good communication skills
• Foster a collaborative work ethic
