Position: Cost Estimator for Large-Scale Projects
We are looking for a Cost Estimator to enhance our collaborative estimating team. This key role involves preparing intricate estimates and supporting documentation for large-scale projects.
With over 5 years of estimating experience, particularly in construction or manufacturing, you will develop cost estimates, RFQs, and collaborate with designers. Analyzing data for root-cause issues, you’ll ensure compliance with budget and contract expectations under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for large-scale projects

• Create comprehensive scopes of work and documentation

• Collaborate with architects and designers

• Analyze data to recommend cost-effective solutions

• Review bid documents for completeness and compliance
Requirements:

• 5+ years of estimating experience

• Engineering or Project Management background

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings

• Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of Power BI an asset

• Analytical mindset for delivering estimates promptly
