We’re seeking an Estimator to join a fast?paced, collaborative estimating team supporting projects from sales through budgeting. This role plays a key part in developing accurate, well?documented cost estimates for complex projects in a deadline?driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for large?scale projects, including Bills of Materials and take?offs
• Develop clear scopes of work and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and cross?functional teams to meet client and budget requirements
• Prepare RFQs and review bid and contract documents for completeness and compliance
• Analyze data, conduct gap and root?cause analysis, and recommend cost solutions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or manufacturing
• Engineering or Project Management background (degree or equivalent experience)
• Ability to read and interpret construction/engineering drawings
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI / Power Apps an asset)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate estimates under tight deadlines
