Become a BC-based AutoCAD Technologist and leverage your drafting skills while supporting project teams through GIS data and technical drawings. Enjoy a hybrid work model in this full-time position.
In this role, you will provide essential technical support for HAZ projects by preparing, updating, and delivering accurate AutoCAD figures. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring all drawings meet the project standards and timelines. Your capabilities in GIS applications will enhance project efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings for reports
• Apply drafting standards consistently across all projects
• Interact with the CGT to fulfill drawing requests
• Perform comprehensive QA/QC checks on all deliverables
• Coordinate with project teams for optimal support
Requirements:
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS applications
• Skilled in interpreting field sketches for drawings
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS Pro is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Completion of an architectural technologist diploma is required
