Enhance logistics efficiency as a Site Planning Specialist ign and optimize workflows at our last-mile distribution centers utilizing your planning expertise.
In this role, you will drive functional zoning and layout design, focusing on improving sorting efficiency and space utilization at our North American hubs. As a Site Planning Specialist, you will conduct continuous monitoring and implement 6S standards to elevate operational performance. Your collaboration with various teams will be key to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create internal zoning and layout for logistics hubs
• Optimize workflows for efficient sorting and goods movement
• Execute 6S standards and conduct audits for safety
• Partner with teams and vendors to implement solutions
• Maintain reports and layout documentation for standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in site planning
• Proficient in CAD and design tools
• Strong collaboration and detail-oriented skill set
• English proficiency in both reading and writing
