Position: Manufacturing Engineer for RF Systems
Become a key player as a Manufacturing Engineer, aiding in efficient production processes for newly developed RF products. Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams for seamless operations.

In this on-site role, you will bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing efficiency. Using your expertise to evaluate production procedures, you'll enhance accuracy and ensure reliable output. Your focus will be on initiating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), conducting first article inspections, and collaborating with Production Technicians for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new product design transitions to manufacturing

• Refine production processes for efficiency and accuracy

• Perform first article inspections and report findings

• Manage Engineering Change Orders and design updates

• Collaborate with Production Technicians for problem-solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Approximately 3 years of RF/high-frequency testing experience

• Familiarity with MRP and ECO workflows

• Exposure to ISO 9001 standards

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferable
