Manufacturing Engineer
Summary
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the transition of newly developed products into production while ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing processes. This position collaborates closely with both Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical challenges and implement continuous improvements.
What You'll Do- Support the introduction of new product designs into manufacturing operations
- Evaluate and refine production procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Perform first article inspections on new components and communicate findings to Engineering
- Initiate and coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and assist with design updates for approval
- Partner with Production Technicians to diagnose and resolve component or assembly issues
- Drive ongoing process improvements with a focus on cycle time reduction and cost savings
- Contribute to additional operational or engineering tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Technology
- Approximately 3 years of experience with RF/high-frequency testing is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MRP and ECO workflows
- Exposure to ISO 9001 manufacturing standards
- Production documentation practices
- Mechanical and electrical assemblies
- Electronic components and handling
- ESD control procedures
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is considered an asset

This is an on‑site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time.
