Technical Project Manager at Saltworks

Lead engineering coordination efforts at Saltworks Technologies as a Technical Project Manager. Ensure successful water treatment and lithium refining projects by guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing deliverables.
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will oversee engineering activities across complex capital projects. With your technical expertise, you'll serve as a vital link between the Project Management Office and engineering teams, ensuring that project requirements are met smoothly from inception through to delivery. Proficient communication and strong technical judgment are essential for managing multiple stakeholder interests and driving project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own engineering execution plans and milestone schedules

• Coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables throughout project lifecycle

• Interface with PMO for status updates and change requests

• Lead engineering meetings and track actions to completion

• Resolve interdisciplinary issues before they affect project outcomes
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering; P.Eng. registration preferred

• 7+ years of engineering experience, 2+ years in coordination

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Technical judgment across multiple engineering disciplines

• Familiarity with AI tools and project management software
