Our client has a well-established history of quality production for over 60 years and is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance their operations. You will act as a technical lead and support daily engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of production processes. By resolving technical challenges, you will drive advancements in foundry productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Engineering Manager's delegate in daily operations
• Maintain clear engineering documentation and travelers
• Drive new process design for non-ferrous castings
• Lead new product launches and customer onboarding
• Provide oversight for tooling shop and production concerns
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant fields)
• Strong non-ferrous foundry operations experience
• Knowledge of gating and solidification principles
• Customer-facing technical communication experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
