Maximize customer integration with Quectel as a Field Application Engineer. Provide technical support for advanced wireless modules and applications across North America.
In this role, you'll support Quectel's complete product line, including 5G, LTE, GSM, and GNSS technologies. You will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support, customer training, and developing demonstration applications. Prepare to engage with customers directly, offering technical solutions and gathering feedback to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for all Quectel products
• Conduct on-site customer training sessions
• Develop demonstration applications for customer evaluation
• Respond quickly to customer technical inquiries
• Prepare weekly reports on technical activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• Over three years of embedded design experience
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel across North America
