Application Engineer in Linear Motion

As an Application Engineer, you'll engage with OEM clients to help them select and test products tailored to their automation needs. Through meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, you will oversee the technical aspects of account management. This role involves collaboration with contract manufacturers to ensure product specifications align with customer expectations and manufacturing constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in product testing and troubleshooting

• Work with Asian suppliers to ensure effective production

• Manage all aspects of client communication during the process

• Assist in documentation for manufacturing and certification

• Identify additional customer needs for related products

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in technical sales or account management

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electronics

• Fluent English speaker;
Mandarin skills appreciated

• Familiarity with design software like Solid Works

• Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot
