As a valuable member of Pinchin's team, you will work alongside the Operations Manager to assess hazardous materials and ensure safety compliance in both renovations and demolitions.
Your role includes conducting assessments, preparing technical reports, and supervising project workflows. Communication and client relationship management are essential to achieve project success and meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and testing for hazardous materials on-site
• Analyze results in line with industry regulations
• Create detailed technical reports summarizing findings
• Oversee sub-contractor activities for quality assurance
• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in fieldwork and technical report writing a plus
• Required valid driver’s licence and vehicle access
