Advanced Optical Systems Development Engineer

In this role, you'll support advanced product development, reporting to the Principal Optical Architect. Your responsibilities will encompass prototyping methods, material testing, and process design for scalability. You'll leverage quality management tools to ensure high standards and assist in DFX reviews for best practices in product assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate prototype development and fixture design

• Test and validate new materials for processes

• Create and execute verification and validation plans

• Provide input for DFX engineering reviews

• Document processes through flow diagrams and SOPs

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years’ experience

• Hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping

• Knowledge of materials integration processes

• Experience with statistical analysis tools

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
