Mechanical Designer in Food Processing Industry

As a Mechanical Designer with FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation, your expertise will be instrumental in designing systems for industrial freezers and food processing equipment.

You'll work with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software like Inventor, providing vital support to engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design food processing equipment systems and layouts

• Create and maintain design models and drawings

• Input and manage BOMs within ERP platforms

• Provide ongoing technical support during design and execution

• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety policies

Requirements:

• Education in Mechanical or related Engineering field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling

• Preferred EGBC Registrant – P.Eng/EIT

• Relevant experience in food processing design preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
