Arlo is searching for a seasoned Hardware Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience in the hardware design sector. This role will engage you in advanced engineering projects and ensure the execution of high-quality designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, overseeing significant product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct architecture design in coordination with vendors

• Formulate and implement product specifications

• Conduct thorough reviews of hardware designs

• Lead hardware validation efforts and testing protocols

• Oversee a team of engineers, providing direction and training

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in consumer hardware design

• Expertise in electrical engineering required

• Familiarity with documentation and technical specifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS is a bonus
