This senior role within the Advanced Development Team will have you designing prototypes, integrating materials, and validating new processes. Your work is crucial for scaling designs from R&D to manufacturing while applying quality management tools and methodologies. Your contributions will ensure that innovation remains at the forefront of semiconductor technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative prototypes and assembly processes
• Validate new materials and methods through testing
• Conduct design experiments and perform statistical analysis
• Generate detailed documentation for manufacturing handoffs
• Work with cross-functional teams to overcome technical issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 5 years experience
• Proven experience in mechanical prototypes and fixtures
• Skilled in CAD design using Solid Works or similar
• Familiar with quality tools and scalable process development
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
