In this leadership role, you will oversee up to 20 distribution engineering projects, ensuring technical direction and troubleshooting expertise align with provincial standards. Ideal candidates will have strong overhead distribution system knowledge and a P.Eng. designation in British Columbia. Your focus will involve managing technical priorities and coordinating with stakeholders for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor distribution engineers effectively
• Direct system design improvements and conversions
• Address complex technical issues with innovative solutions
• Review and approve engineering documentation
• Ensure project compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation in British Columbia
• 5–15 years of electrical distribution experience
• Extensive knowledge of overhead systems
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills
• Class 5 Driver's License required
