Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze plant performance to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct audits to maintain process effectiveness
• Implement continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams
• Offer technical support for cement manufacturing processes
• Monitor and inspect equipment for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
