RF Systems Engineer

Position: RF Systems Engineer at Norsat International
Drive innovation in RF design with Norsat International as a Systems Engineer. This on-site role focuses on development, integration, and testing of advanced RF communication systems.

At Norsat International, you will play a crucial role in RF system engineering with 5–8 years of experience in RF design. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that products meet technical and customer specifications. You will work on power amplifiers, block up converters, and high-frequency assemblies through all stages of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test RF communication products like SSPAs and BUCs

• Support RF circuit design and optimization processes

• Troubleshoot RF performance and integration issues

• Conduct testing, tuning, and system validation tasks

• Prepare technical documentation and validation reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 5–8 years of RF design experience in a relevant role

• Proficient with PCB design and testing tools

• Hands-on RF circuit integration and debugging skills

• Familiar with waveguide technology and RF production processes
