Support power electronics and controls development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Perform test bench setup, debugging, and validation of power electronics systems.
Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
Execute detailed hardware testing and analyze system performance.
Support PCBA updates, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
Assist with the setup, operation, and training of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing platforms.
Document test results, findings, and engineering recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Experience with power electronics and inverter control systems.
Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and control development.
Hands-on experience with test bench debugging, validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional hardware and firmware engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
