Pinchin seeks a highly experienced individual to oversee its Building Envelope practice in British Columbia. As a pivotal member of the Building Science and Resiliency team, you will focus on assessment, design, and rehabilitation projects, while fostering client relationships and leading business development efforts. You will also mentor junior staff and enhance operational leadership within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Building Envelope team through mentorship and recruitment
• Develop strong client relationships for business growth
• Manage assessment and rehabilitation projects from start to finish
• Oversee building enclosure assessments and design reviews
• Prepare technical reports and rehabilitation strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in a related engineering discipline
• 10+ years in building envelope consulting
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems
• Proven track record in client relationship growth
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
