Power Electronics Test Engineer

• Develop, model, and validate inverter control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Support power electronics and controls development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform test bench setup, debugging, and validation of power electronics systems.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
• Execute detailed hardware testing and analyze system performance.
• Support PCBA updates, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and training of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing platforms.
• Document test results, findings, and engineering recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with power electronics and inverter control systems.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and control development.
• Hands-on experience with test bench debugging, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional hardware and firmware engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
